Job Summary and Core Activities

  • Manage Food and Beverage Outlet administrative and operational duties as needed to ensure operational effectiveness and guest satisfaction
  • Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
  • Lead development and training of team to improve results while maintaining standards
  • Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction of the restaurant; recommend new marketing and/or operational policies and procedures when necessary to keep up with demand and market changes; investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures that relate to the restaurant as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations; maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of all work and service areas
  • Assist in developing, implementing and marketing new and creative specialty food and beverage items for promotional or special events to attract a predetermined customer market
  • You must be able to pass a thorough background check as well as be drug free

Desired Skills & Experience:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Management or equivalent training in a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in management level position in Food & Beverage or equivalent training experience
  • Strong English communications skills with conversational Spanish
  • Strong computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Must be flexible, have a sense of urgency, be able to respond quickly and resourcefully to internal and external issues
  • Possess the necessary local Certifications from the local authority to run the F&B of the Resort
  • Proven abilities to lead and develop staff
