Job Summary and Core Activities
Manage Food and Beverage Outlet administrative and operational duties as needed to ensure operational effectiveness and guest satisfaction
Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
Lead development and training of team to improve results while maintaining standards
Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction of the restaurant; recommend new marketing and/or operational policies and procedures when necessary to keep up with demand and market changes; investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures that relate to the restaurant as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations; maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of all work and service areas
Assist in developing, implementing and marketing new and creative specialty food and beverage items for promotional or special events to attract a predetermined customer market
You must be able to pass a thorough background check as well as be drug free
Desired Skills & Experience:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Management or equivalent training in a related field
Minimum 3-5 years experience in management level position in Food & Beverage or equivalent training experience
Strong English communications skills with conversational Spanish
Strong computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Must be flexible, have a sense of urgency, be able to respond quickly and resourcefully to internal and external issues
Possess the necessary local Certifications from the local authority to run the F&B of the Resort
