Job Description:
Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
Liaison between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.
REQUIRED:
Typically 5 years business experience; emerge as an expert in a specific skill set, business area or product, but remains focused primarily on daily execution. Combination of Windows, Linux, iSeries, EMC, NetApp, WebSphere, Telephony, Network or Vmware. Experience with current computing platforms. Familiar with POS and Hotel Software systems. Complete day-to-day activities independently. Interpersonal skills necessary to oversee a small team of junior staff.
Bachelor; Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Controls user access and passwords with responsibility for security. 15%
Develop and execute company-wide plan regarding POS and hotel operating systems including installation and on-going administration. 45%
Develops software tools including operating systems, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. POS and Hotel Management Software Solutions 30%
Monitor usage and performance of systems. 10%
Preferred:
Experience working for a large hotel or publicly traded company in a similar role.
